Account Registration: You must provide accurate information, including your real first and last name and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Service Usage: You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Generated audio must not be used for harassment, impersonation, or any illegal activity.
Text to Speech Disclosure: Our service uses OpenAI's Text to Speech (TTS) API. Your submitted text is sent to OpenAI for processing. See OpenAI's Terms of Use.
Credits & Payments: Credits are required to generate audio. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
Disclaimer: The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
